Agnès Bénassy-Quéré, Chief Economist at the French Treasury, Joins EconPol Conference

We are very happy to announce that Agnès Bénassy-Quéré will be returning to the EconPol Annual Conference for the second year.

Mrs Bénassy-Quéré replaces Emmanual Moulin, the new Director General of the French Treasury, who regrettably but undertstandably, has unavoidable commitments in his new role at the Treasury. Mr Moulin replaced Odile Renaud Basso as Director General in November 2020, when she left to take up a new position as President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. While we are sorry that Mrs Renaud Basso's new post means she is unable to join our conference, we extend our sincere congratulations on her new position with the EBRD and a warm welcome to Mrs Bénassy-Quéré.
